Return Policy
At sleepbagskids, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
2. Return Method & Shipping
- Returns are accepted by mail.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees (if paid at checkout) and return shipping costs are not refundable.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the 30-day return window. To request an exchange, please contact our support team before sending your item back.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference.
